Userful Management Team
Userful's Management Team
Timothy Griffin
Founder and CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

While managing a growing web-development company before starting Userful, Tim saw firsthand the huge time and expense that PC management took on his company each time they added a new employee to the team. This formed the genesis of the idea for multiplied and cloud-managed desktops – an idea that began as a research project and eventually culminated in the founding of Userful, a company focused on making it easy and affordable for anyone to deploy and manage a fleet of green, low-cost, high-performance, interactive screens and desktop computers.
Today, Tim is responsible for the vision, strategy and direction of current and new Userful products for Cloud-Managed Zero Client computing solutions. Tim is leading the company's charge to eliminate the wasted time, money and power that organizations pour into antiquated approaches to delivering their desktops and interactive endpoint infrastructure.
Tim holds a Masters Degree in Product Design from the University of Calgary where he focused on human computer interaction. He is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and led various consulting, research, and design companies prior to Userful.
In his years before founding Userful, Tim conducted pioneering research into laptop and input device design. He also performed and taught as a professional cellist and co-authored a book on the subject.
