IBM Linux Client Migration Redbook features Userful's Desktop Mutiplier

Userful is proud to announce that the recently released Linux Client Migration Cookbook, Version 2, an IBM Redbook, includes a chapter on using Desktop Multiplier to save time and money with Linux migrations. The RedBook provides technical reference to IT staff considering the switch to desktop Linux. The chapter, written by Ben Li, covers hardware and software requirements, as well as demonstrating basic case studies of deployments within schools, libraries and offices.

"Most modern computer systems are capable of handling several users at once, all that is needed is the correct hardware and software configuration" says Ben Li, author of the chapter. "This Redbook walks you through the requirements and setup, removing the guesswork from the equation."

The chapter can either be read as HTML or downloaded as a PDF from here or purchased in print form from IBM's Redbooks site.
