Tech Solutions Engineer

O que você estará fazendo

  • Provide an unmatched Customer Experience through a positive, can-do attitude, and technical expertise
  • Answer incoming Calls and CRM Tickets promptly and professionally, and see them through to resolution
  • Maintain technical documentation with up-to-date solutions
  • Liaise with Developers, and QA to design, and document solutions for new issues
  • Reproduce errors, and record and document appropriate data to facilitate bug-fixes

What We Like To See

  • Passion for solving problems with Technology (Linux Experience Required)
  • Ability to isolate and reproduce network, software, and hardware errors
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are Required; Second language is a definite asset
  • Exceptional Customer focus and interpersonal skills

  • A post-secondary degree (in Computer Science or related field is an asset)

Client Solutions Engineer

O que você estará fazendo

  • Your mission is to be the first point of contact for incoming calls, and Tickets
  • Deliver effective and efficient client service by phone or email
  • Communicate effectively, and use troubleshooting skills to understand the customer’s needs
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers in response to identified issues
  • Successfully manage CRM tickets, Calls, Documentation, and prioritize issues by severity
  • Collect and maintain issues and resolutions for use by the Technical Engineers

What We Like To See

  • Excellent communications skills, fluency in English both verbal, and written
  • Exceptional customer focus, and a positive attitude for listening and solving problems
  • Ability to easily communicate technical information with both highly technical people as well as non-technical people
  • Enjoy working in a team-focused and collaborative office setting
  • Love to learn and comfortable in computerized environment
  • Basic Computer Skills are required, with a preference for Linux based system experience.
  • Excellent time-management skills with strong self-motivation

Digital Marketing Supervisor

A growing Calgary based software company is looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor with a passion for technology, digital marketing and lead generation. Userful has a unique and compelling technology solution that's taking off with enterprise customers around the world and we have an opening for a Marketing Supervisor to support our digital marketing campaigns and online demand generation initiatives.

We're looking for a hands on supervisor who will report to the VP of Marketing and will work on marketing campaigns directly while also supervising a small group of team members. The ideal candidate has multiple years of digital marketing experience, running demand generation, marketing automation, PPC, SEO etc.

The ideal candidate also has some supervisory experience, and is looking for an opportunity to step up to a role with more responsibility and opportunity. We're looking for someone who is passionate, has a background of achievement and has a drive to succeed.

As responsabilidades incluem:

  • Ability to lead a small team environment and interact closely with peers
