Userful video wall software is a multipurpose solution to deploy, manage and scale any type of video wall. It enable users to group multiple displays to form a single large canvas. This makes it easy for a single Userful server to support content translation to entire screen area as a single display.
Userful Control Center
The Control Center is a browser-based central management interface for administering Userful™ software and can be accessed over a Local Area Network (LAN) without an Internet connection. However, some features such as licensing and system updates requires Internet access.
Userful allows users to manage and interact with displays either within the LAN or over the cloud. Userful's cloud dashboard includes scheduling and content management. Customers can easily manage multi-location deployments and have the ability to interact with the video walls.
Grid or Artistic video wall delivers flexible layouts including one of a kind artistic or mosaic-style layouts.
With control center, users "map" displays and video walls via an intuitive drag-and-drop interface to "roles" or "content sources".
Userful includes a locked-down public computing solution that is turnkey and ready to go out of the box. It includes a full suite of public computing features such as print and time management as well as all the end user software needed for patrons.
Cloud Desktop allows the user to launch a lightweight Linux environment with limited access to applications and privileges. User data is not saved between sessions. User accounts are created and erased on login and logout, respectively.
Session Management allows administrators to define various settings related to use of a particular source including defining the login method, custom usage agreement, session length, inactivity logout, appropriate time and notification messages for first and last warnings, proxy settings and web filtering.
