Userful Expands Infinity Platform With Four New Applications for Mission-Critical Operations
New applications bring workflow automation, omnichannel communications and greater operator interactivity alongside advances in InfinityAI
CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 6, 2026 - Userful Corporation today announced four new applications for its Infinity Platform, expanding how mission-critical operations teams automate workflows, communicate during incidents and interact with operational data.
The new applications include React, a no-code workflow automation engine; Notifications, an omnichannel communications capability; uTouch, a touchscreen interface for frontline operations; and uConduct 2.0, an operator workstation with soft KVM capabilities.
In addition, the launch also includes significant advancements to InfinityAI and enhancements to platform resilience, security and deployment flexibility. Together, the new capabilities extend Infinity beyond visualization and situational awareness, helping operations teams connect real-time intelligence with coordinated action.
“Mission-critical operations teams need more than visibility into what is happening. They need the ability to act on that information quickly and confidently,” said John Marshall, CEO of Userful. “With this release, we’re bringing intelligence, automation, communications and operator interaction together in one platform, giving teams the tools to move from awareness to coordinated action when it matters most.”
New Applications Connect Intelligence to Action
At the center of the release is React, Userful’s new no-code workflow automation engine. Through a visual workflow builder, teams can establish triggers, conditions and actions and determine whether workflows run automatically, require operator approval or combine both approaches. React connects applications across the Infinity Platform so operational events can initiate coordinated actions across displays, workstations and communications channels without custom development.

Notifications extends operational alerts to SMS and email, enabling teams to reach designated stakeholders directly as part of an automated workflow. Hosted within Userful Cloud under the new Global Service Manager (GSM), the service is designed to expand to Slack, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams and other communications channels.
uTouch enables frontline operators to interact with operational data from a wide range of sources through touchscreens. Designed for manufacturing, production, mining and healthcare environments, it provides an alternative to keyboard-and-mouse interaction for mobile and shared work environments.
uConduct 2.0 combines interactive and non-interactive sources within a single operator workstation using soft KVM capabilities. Operators can monitor and interact with hundreds of real-time sources, organize them in configurable grids and route live content to video walls, situation rooms or distributed response teams. uConduct 2.0 delivers latency of less than 100 milliseconds and integrates with React to support broader response workflows.
InfinityAI Advances Operational Intelligence
The release also significantly expands InfinityAI, bringing AI-assisted intelligence directly into mission-critical operational environments. Virtual AI operators can identify anomalies in real time and draw on an organization’s own data, procedures and documentation to provide context and recommend actions.
InfinityAI runs locally within the customer’s environment and can operate fully air gapped, keeping operational data under the organization’s control while eliminating ongoing cloud AI token costs. Organizations can ground AI assistants in their own enterprise content and select models appropriate to their requirements, while operators can trace AI-generated recommendations back to underlying sources.
InfinityAI leverages NVIDIA technology for local AI processing, has been developed in collaboration with Microsoft, and is designed to align with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Integration with React enables identified events and AI-assisted recommendations to connect directly with operational response workflows.
Greater Resilience and Deployment Flexibility
The release also adds RAID support for storage resilience and support for NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs for local visualization and AI workloads. Userful’s SOC 2 Type 2 compliance supports enterprise security and governance requirements.
Through its partnership with HP, Userful supports high-performance servers and HP thin clients as Linux x86 endpoints while maintaining its commercial off-the-shelf hardware model. Infinity can also be deployed on virtual machines in customer data centers or on AWS.
Beginning with 2027 licensing, Userful will include Enhanced Support across all license tiers at no additional cost, reducing total solution costs by approximately 15 to 20 percent compared with purchasing equivalent support separately. Unlimited InfinityAI training access will also be included.
