How does Userful handle duties, tariffs and taxes?

Duties and Tariffs:

As a convenience for our US based customers, Userful Corporation provides the option to collect and prepay the US Custom Duties on applicable imported Chinese goods on behalf of the customer. The applicable rates are adjusted from time to time based on the most current US Custom Duties on Chinese goods. For all other countries the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import Duties or Tariffs that may be due to clear local customs prior to delivery.

Taxes:

Any applicable Canadian taxes will be applied to all quotes and invoices for products shipped to Canadian addresses. For all other countries, any taxes assessed will be the responsibility of the customer.
